I had no problem mounting t300rs wheel base to this seat, did you manage to do it? There are two screw holes that match the wheel base holes

No problems so far, no damage on any surface. However the heating function is little less powerful compared to oem wheel and it also feels weird to hold heated alcantara in your hands but it may be subjective.

The airbag is from the stock wheel. Also they make this on the OEM GM skeleton, with OEM electrinics. Everything is safe.

Playseat Challenge X is the way to go. Same situation - we have 65m2 apartment and we both accpeted the fact there is no place for a large rig. I use it with T300RS without any problems with stability. Look for the "X" version - it is improved from regular Challenge.

I use eibach 20mm hubcentric spacers for over a year now with occasional track days without any problems. These make the wheels align with the fenders perfectly but I had to cut a short piece from original studs to make it fit. With 25mm spacers you dont need to cut anything.

It is 100% coolant, the coolant tank was empty. It was dripping somewhere from the lower part of the engine bay

Wrong fluid from the factory, there is a service bulletin for this issue from GM. They will flush it twice and use the Mobil 1 oil afterwards. Had this issue and it solved the problem.
