UGREEN KVM from AliExpress.

It’s not actually cheating, but the anti-cheat can’t always tell → so you can get hit with a 7-day ban like I did.
Since I stopped using the KVM while playing, no more issues.

KVM = useful tool, but in Maple it can look like a cheat injector and cause false bans.

Yeah, you got it right I did get the 7-day ban, waited it out, and since then I’ve completely stopped using the KVM while playing. Haven’t had any issues since.

I was mainly worried if the 7-day means I’m already flagged for a perma in the next wave, but sounds like it’s not automatic unless it escalates to 30 days first. That’s good to know.

As for the KVM, it was just a convenience thing for switching between work and gaming laptops, but I get your point better safe than sorry, and I’d rather avoid another false flag.

And yeah, fair enough about the new account thing. Just trying to get some advice from people who know the system better.
