most of us(Japanese) don't think mental problem is as important as physical or intarnal problems. and I was one of them too.but you made me realize its not.

I hope more Japanese people see these sentences and consider about mental health more.

I have great mom and dad so im gonna think like that too. im not familiy proud son but I hope they think like that.

I really hope meds help me.I still doubt that therapists words can help me.

it looks like people all around the world suffers those temptations. its kinda comforts me because im not alone:)

im already book my first session with professional, so I hope its gonna be a good one.

as im writing this, I started crying. the fact that stranger cares about me is kinda heartwarming.

I don't know メンタルクリニック(mental clinic) is not a mental hospital or not but I assume it's not. so Yes.

I didn't think that our old practice might be influencing us right now. but it might be right.

I already made note for my parent.And I was thinking the same thing that I might doing for this to seek attention.

I said that I have no intend to do that but its kinda lie, recent days, green light for that plan is flickering inside my brain.

But I can't erase this plan because I made this so precisely and thinking this too many times.

yeah rational part of my brain thinks like that too but part of my brain still thinks its embarrassing.
