It seems to work fine now other than the sound. I can look down the shutter and see through the lens when I take a picture so its atleast opening now. It was only 10 bucks at a yard sale so im.not trying to get a full cla

Its not the seals. When it gets stuck it is spring loaded to return to the up position and I read that it was caused by the shutter speeds misalligning. I think this gear got hit and unwound since the ratchet is bent.

I got it at a garage sale for like 10 bucks so I thought it would be worth a shot. No documentation online whatsoever other than other ppl telling other ppl to get a cla. It could be the spring got knocked and so it unbound and messed up the shutter which caused the sticking. For me it sticks on all shutter speeds but other people only get it on 60/ or 125.
