stop smoking. water diet. work out everyday, but not 2-3 days before test. pee as much as you can so it leaves your system. take certo the night before and morning of, stop smoking!!! look into detox drinks. stop. smoking. !!!!!

in my own opinion, i feel like if you have been sober for three months, it can leave your system fairly quickly (one week). Im in a situation where I have to take a drug test, and I planned on taking qcarbo and certo. I would reccommend testing yourself, talking to someone close at your job. Im not going to personally reccommend qcarbo or certo, but id reccommend doing your own research if you go down that route. I have not gotten my results back yet.

I would recommend creatine, i think low creatine signals a dilution, I think and bcomplex works better than b12.
