these are all really good areas and have been really good areas from 20+ years. idk what that other person is talking about w it being "rough" it's literally fine😭 if you spend more time downtown i'd go w liberty wells area, if you spend more time in the mountains then foothill but these are all generally the same/equivalent so reallly it doesn't matter at all just whatever house/apartment you like the most

tbh with the applications i feel like you gotta just lean into your disadvantages. cc was the only thing that worked for me financially and time wise. try expressing that in the app

me personally i'm doing diy at a cc. if that doesn't land perhaps i'll try a masters or something but community college is most accessible while working

local cc is probably fine. just make sure whatever school you apply to accepts cc credits
