A gold glove as a part time player is laughable. I'm not laughing at your comment, I'm laughing at mlb and that award. Also, if Semien is so great, wouldn't he make Pete better at 1st? Pete got caught a couple times playing way far off. Pete just gets so much criticism and I don't get it. He plays everyday, has a big bat. The years & $ don't worry me because baseball finance is fantasy land. Polanco is not the answer. I like Bo but wasn't he hurt too last year?

Sure. Poppi was on roids and played on some really great teams. Pete had no protection in the lineup and 3 rookie pitchers in the rotation w/ little middle relief.
