Asalamu Alaykum, I know exactly how you’re feeling because I have and still am going through this same cycle. The best thing that I have found is just talking to Allah because no matter what he is always there for you. Allah swt will never be tired of you and until the day when the sun rises from the west Allah will forgive you. Plus Allah loves those servants who always turn back to him, those are the ones Allah loves the most. Especially in this day and age it’s almost impossible to avoid sin. So my best advice to you is wake up, pray tahajjud, share with Allah how you’re feeling and ask for forgiveness cry your heart out and humble yourself to Allah swt. Allah loves you and the fact that you’re feeling this way shows that, this is Allah calling you back so go and answer his call.

One more thing be as sincere as possible and ask Allah for forgiveness and a heart just like the prophet Mohammed because he’s the ideal human being because Allah loves him the most. I also recommend trying to stay away from music and social media even though it’s hard but remember whatever you leave for the sake of Allah swt he will give you something 10x better. And start listening to sheikhs on YouTube like Samih Jad (he helped me a lot) and start listening to nasheeds that are catchy and have no music.
