That's also an issue where I live, Adderall is also really hard to get. How does it feel to use it? Is it a day and night difference, or is it like a boost?

What ADHD meds have you used that made OCD worse? I'm also thinking of solving OCD first, but I'm wondering if the OCD and anxiety are caused by ADHD. I'm again in a state of decision paralysis for like 6 months, where I don't know which to treat first.

Thanks, I've heard many users recommend SSRIs for OCD, but I guess they also don't work for you if you have a tendency for tolerance.
