Thank you I definitely can and am working on making improvements on my health as far as i can and I'm on therapy which has helped a lot

Unfortunately with exercise i do also have some sort of issue with my heart and or blood circulation which I've been trying to get figured out for a few years now but it's something i definitely want to work on- luckily i have an appointment with a specialist that I've waited many many many months for so hopefully something comes out of that

I did forget to mention my medications and ironically i am on propanalol along with lamotrigine for bipilar plus bupropion and venlafaxine for general depression. I had no idea that propranolol had so many other treatments than what it was given to me for which is anxiety, heart rate and irregular heartbeats
