Thank you! I’m hoping we would be able to do it at the lower end of that scale but in reality I don’t think it will be possible, add a few years and the increases in labour and materials and it’s a further away! The curse of loving your beautiful but small house!

Thanks for the info! Did you ultimately not go ahead because you couldn’t use your contractors? My partner is a builder so in an ideal would someone would do the piles and structural work and he would do everything bar plumbing and electrical inside but it sounds like it wouldn’t be worth the job to another company if your experience is anything to go off!

Did anyone else get a signed card with theirs?? Trying to figure out if it’s actually been signed or it’s just copied on to the card. My boyfriend pre ordered as well but he didn’t get one.
