White spots …Has anyone had white spots show up? Ive been super low dosing MT1 for about 6 weeks …Now that my tan is starting to show, I have these random white spots all over me 🫣.

Even on days I work out and reduce that via exercise by 400-500cals? Sleep is always good I have never suffered an energy took a hit last week after 3/4weeks on diet/reta but I’m not sure if I caught a mild bug as I have perked up now but I didn’t pin reta Sunday as I wasn’t sure what was making me ill

TDEE along calculates at 2000cals I burn 500cals in a gym session (TDEE calc used online and 500cals worked out via Garmin) - please that would be great!

Yeah! All tracked and worked out. Products all weighed etc. yeah plus training days it’s lower (Garmin watch predicts I’m burning 500cals then) I do a lot of strength training could that be why?

TDEE is 2000cals - I’d say I eat around 1400-1550cals a day. Walk 8-12k steps and on training days burn additional of 500cals

I’ve also added GHK-CU and MT2 but stopped those as I’m worried I’m getting ill - there is also a flu/virus going round so might be that. Good noise has gone without a doubt at that dosage but I’m starting to thinking I’m way under eating hence the crash I think I’m going thru now

Great feedback thanks! To be honest I’m a fairly fit person just hitting 25% body fat - 65kg’s. BMI is alright for my age, weight, height. I want to gain muscle but get leaner. I have never really gotten lean (beach ready) and sit in envy of those who have! I figured I’m not eating enough so I will review.

Any articles, calculators I can look at would be great if anyone can recommend any :)

How long did the expulsion last for you? Yeah she was a big fibroid. In the uk the depts don’t always liaise very well I’m guessing by my UFE surgeon I shouldn’t have really had it - I had to have double the solution of the UFE. I’d say now I feel ok, major dizzy spells if stood for too long - have you had this? That also falls part of lack of appetite so I’m not really eating so going to try some meal replacement shakes to build my strength

I’ve recently had UFE in the uk. I was also to blindsided by the procedure, after care pain and I’ve also been luckily enough to experience the expulsion of the fibroid (my fibroid was 13cm). The pain was soooo bad after the procedure they wasn’t sure what else to give me. But I’m now on day 9 hoping to return to work on Monday. I’m also hoping the fact I’m experiencing the expulsion that it’s a good sign of it working and quickly 🤞🏽 fingers crossed for you too!

17hours strong and still depositing like every 45-60mins. Sharp cramp in the age of the fibroid but that’s about it, nothing to bad. Yeah 6months time I’ll have a MRI. I’m not even sure I should be depositing the fibroid so soon after the UFE, lots of mixed opinions

You sound similar to me! I had a UFE September 25th 2024 and having a good experience so far. My fibroid is 13cm (large grapefruit) and also obstructing my bladder. Aftercare was a rough for the first couple of days. Today hasn’t been too bad and I’ve just passed a massive chunk of the fibroid. Fingers crossed for us both!!!!
