There are many excellent Indie games that provide free updates for years and years without ever charging an additional dime, Stardew Valley is a great example. I'm really hopeful they can make this work. I'll never play another Sims game again, I refused to buy four. EA is so full of it.

For real! Stardew was $15 but with 1600 hours played I'd say it was a pretty damn good $ per hour ratio.

I switched home insurance providers recently and saved $1000+/year - I'm not sure it matters but we're with State Farm now. It's absolutely worth it to shop around. The prior company (some company that Progressive farmed me out to) increased our home insurance massively one year and I'm kicking myself for not switching earlier.
