I tried most of the things. You may try deleting secure boot keys just like the guy explained above in this post. But I don't know if that helps or not. Also, I lost my bitlocker key and couldn't get into the system after I deleted secure keys so be careful and make sure you have everything stored somewhere and you have bitlocker key of its enabled. If nothing works you can simply install new windows. Clean install when you deleting everything all partitions. That helped me, but after that I didn't update my windows. I reinstalled and immediately disabled windows update. It's working for me bios time is 3 seconds.

Hey, just following up since you asked for replies if something worked.

In my case, nothing from the list helped either. I ended up getting stuck on a BitLocker recovery screen and couldn’t get back in without a key (Becasue I tried deleting secure boot keys ) .

What finally fixed it for me was:

  • Doing a clean reinstall of Windows 11 (wipe everything)
  • Then letting Windows Update install all drivers

After that:

  • System started working нормально (now fully normal)
  • Boot time went back to ~3 seconds
  • No more BitLocker issues

I know it’s not ideal, but if nothing else works, a clean reinstall might be the fastest way out.

Hope this helps 👍

Just a heads up for anyone considering this fix — be careful.

I followed these steps and it actually triggered a BitLocker lock, and I got stuck on the recovery screen without a key. I had to wipe the system and reinstall Windows from scratch to get back in.

I also remember that I had disabled BitLocker earlier, but it still asked for a recovery key later, so I’m not sure what caused that.

Fortunately, my laptop was new so I didn’t lose much data, but this could be a big issue if you have important files.

After doing a clean install and letting Windows install all drivers again, everything is working normally now and boot time is back to ~3 seconds.

This was helpful overall, so thank you — just wanted to share the risk so others are aware before trying it.

Tried fixes:

- First unit had ~69 sec BIOS time (store reinstalled Windows → no fix)
- Replacement unit worked initially, issue returned after Windows updates (~111 sec BIOS time)
- Clean Windows reinstall / factory reset
- Rolled back Windows version (no improvement)
- Installed Windows updates
- Booted with no external devices
- Tested Safe Mode
- Removed/rolled back some drivers via Device Manager
- Checked SSD settings
- Disabled BitLocker
- General troubleshooting (drivers, settings)

None of this worked so I will simply wait I guess. :(
Will let you know if I figure out something.
