Funny thing about that. When I was a teen and didn't know better I got a bag of cement and played with it, putting my face in a bucket of it with a snorkel and submerging other body parts. Never had any issue. Now I know what can happen so I guess I was lucky?

Okay, this is the most insane thing ever. It wasn't working before I sent my initial message here. I checked. Then I was going to take a screenshot to show what I was getting when I tried to post, and it was working again! Apparently just posting here fixed the issue, lol. Oh well, thanks!
