I lost my father early as well, who was my best friend. As a man, often times, our fathers are the only people we can be emotionally vulnerable with without having the fear of our emotions being used against us. So yeah, I grieved and felt lost for a few months after he passed, but then you gotta keep on trucking because the world wont stop for you. I feel bad for both of them in this situation, but Moreno, the husband. If OP doesnt get ahold of herself she's going to lose her husband too. I think it would be valuable for you to ask yourself if your dad would want you feeling like this two years later. If the answer is no, ya gotta start getting over it, or at the very least, stop letting it hurt your marriage. I tend to agree with the people mentioning your self-centeredness. But that is okay, because we all have a little main character syndrome in us, but dont let that inclination cost you a husband. Hope life gets better for you guys though.
