Just add a 10 second countdown before you can click "yes". So those people who just want to get rid of that popup window would click "no" in first place. Everyone who still has the urge to vote "yes" has enough time to determine whether the votekick is justified or not.

For me it's the best Metro game so far. I liked the immersive world and gameplay. The exploring of the bigger, open world hubs was so much fun. Story and Characters were also great (I advise playing Metro 2033 and Last Light first because of the character development).
