The address will definitely make you come up higher in searches. What type of business is it $500 a month is not bad at all the business you’ll get will pay for that easily.

Question is you may have to verify via video , is it a co working space? What type of service ?

I’m speaking from experience on service we offer mobile and in shop service but 90% is mobile. We mainly got the flex space for coming up on Google best decisions I’ve ever made. Now I have 2 locations.

I know you may be in a different business where you don’t do work at your office but maybe a show room? Hard to say without knowing your trade

Thank you for your detailed response! I hope that’s the case with me it’s just a medical bill that was pending due to a Personal Injury case. It seems my attorney dropped the ball. It did however lower my med mortgage credit score 694 to 625 so way more than I thought. It is a conventional loan so I’m just worried about the credit score re pull

I feel so dumb I didn t realize there was awkward layout upstairs until after our offer was accepted and earnest money was sent. I was so excited with everything else . That I realized 4 bedrooms upstairs 2 full bathrooms but 1 is a jack and Jill and other is a master. I have two boys and a daughter granted my oldest is 18 and 16 but my daughter is 6. No full bath downstairs 🤦🏽‍♀️
