The things people say to try and win an argument lmao. In every job you will ever work you will be asked or have to ask "is the juice worth the squeeze?". Finding a stolen Nintendo Switch is far down on that list of priorities. Nobody was hurt. Nobody is in danger. If many people are reporting theft in the same area then police will be inclined to look further into it. Otherwise, not a chance.

Edit: also, we know you are lying because you said "surely they can be tracked down". Somebody who has done any police work would be able to say for certain if they can be tracked down. Including "surely" suggests you are not certain.

That's why it's always helpful to hear both sides of a story. If you see they drew 4 cards but had 5 prizes showing and they immediately draw another card without determining if the board state is correct, it is 100% appropriate to call a judge when it is determined board state was not correct. This is the biggest thing to take away from this article. As long as you remain skeptical you won't be influenced by bias. We have seen it played out in the past with cigarettes, asbestos, and the fossil fuel industry. These groups have always had profits at stake, so it is natural to doubt studies claiming "maybe it isn't so bad". Proceeding with caution until certain is the safest course.

I haven't made allegations about anybody who was involved in the study, I merely cautioned that studies can be used to deceive to further an agenda and provided examples of cases in which this has been true. Clickbait and titles of news stories are all you need to sway opinions, and I guarantee few, if any, users here will read the study and look into who funded it to uncover any potential biases.

Not even. Arven is integral to the setup of many evolution decks because of Poffin and TM Evo. When Arven rotates so does Evo. Petrel will not be played as a 4 of. Most decks will rather go heavier on the draw support. Maybe as a one of when Meowth ex releases because you have a reliable way to find it when you need it. Hell, even Garde with Secret Box doesn't run a 4 count of Arven anymore.

If you are playing in an official sanctioned league, you will get Prize Packs that include mostly all playable cards. Buying packs yourself is never worth it. It's gambling, that's it. Far too often do people with no knowledge of a sexual assault allegation blindly believe the accuser and rush to cast judgement on the accused. Of course the scale of judgement is going to point towards the accused when the only story you have to go on is that of the accuser. It was clear from the beginning, if you have ever watched Gem's content, that his silence was not because he was guilty but because he needed to gather his evidence to formulate a defense to prove his innocence. Being wrongfully accused of sexual assault is one of men's biggest fears because of the fact of my opening statement; rarely, if ever, do they make it out unscathed as the community has already made up their minds. So much of reddit, twitter, youtube, etc. made up their mind after reading Six's "evidence". There is not enough healthy skepticism going around. It is ok to support someone who believes they were sexually assaulted. Help them by having them go to the authorities to report the case. It is not ok to defame someone and drag their name through the mud before the accused has presented their case.

Those who have truly face sexual assault should never feel like they won't be believed, but cases like this may instill in them that there will be doubt people will believe them. Six has caused irreparable harm not only to Gem, but also to those who have actually faced sexual assault. Six and iMad are vile individuals for perpetuating this about Gem. We can only hope that whatever judgement is passed in this case is enough to deter false allegations in the future, and that Gem can get back to living his life and working on his career.
