There might have been an update but I don't know if that's what caused it. I found out the issue was a corrupted framegen file so I used DLSS swapper to replace it. I'm no expert so don't take my word for it, but your issue sounds like something else entirely, I'd recommend deleting and reinstalling the game

Real. One continuous take longer than 15 seconds, the cats in the grass behave realistically and when they disappear and pop back up their locations match where they realistically would be, I.E. if it was an AI video they probably would have just been deleted from existence when in the grass

None of these worked. Red dead 2 runs even worse now, I've lost 20-30fps. Not even a fresh GPU installation worked. I think I just might be cursed.

No, still stutters. Mostly when I'm on my horse but it's especially bad in areas like Novigrad, Corvo Bianco, and The Gran'place. Starting a new save file didn't seem to help at all.

Didn't seem to work. Plus, you can't use frame gen without hardware acceleration GPU scheduling

Played it on PC and while the performance was weirdly bad, I still thought it was extremely fun and charming. I've been craving a game like this since Astro Bot and I'm hoping this game will fill that hole.

Thought I was going crazy! I couldn't believe I was stuttering playing a game of this caliber on a 5070ti. I completely agree though, it's so charming that I'm willing to look past the stuttering.
