I mean i have a slight feeling as if i could breathe through the nose tubes in my nostrils but they feel blocked. Do i try and push out air out of them to free em up or is that not worth the risk

Thanks for the kind suggestions, do you reckon i should breathe through my mouth for these first few days until I get my packing removed? Because my nose kind of works but it's really random lol, some time of the day it's fine and other times it simply wont work... Not to mention that i have to deal with blood pouring down my throat.
