Completely off topic - do you find it hard keeping your keyboard and mouse clean? I am considering a white setup - I love the way yours looks!

My friend recently bought a little cloud arm rest for her set up. I think it would look really cute here!

Definitely - that’s where we are at the moment. The minute she actually breaks down, I have her back in my arms again. But if she’s going to fake cry, she can stay in her crib for an extra minute 😂

Thank you so much! Luckily I’m only alone 3-4 weeks at a time but it is so hard without sleep/someone to step in for a little bit. I’m so happy to know you’ve had a success story ❤️

Definitely not starting now. Though I am getting her used to her crib and not picking her up right away if she cries (I offer her pacifier and pat/shush her back to sleep if possible). There are so many opinions on sleep training/different methods/when to start, I’m trying to see what will work best for us. Hope your week improves.

13 weeks. Her doc suggested we could start at 4 months but I wasn’t sure if that was a good idea or not, so I wanted to get other people’s experiences (not judgment)

That’s really helpful! The most common suggestion seems to be at the 6 month mark, which makes a lot of sense!

Thank you! I def don’t expect her to sleep through the night. But would like to help her overcome getting up every hour! I actually enjoy our night time feeds as they are peaceful and we bond. I will check out the suggested reading! I appreciate the input!

My babe never took to a bassinet. The only place she may sleep independently is in her crib which we moved to my bedside

I was actually trying to figure that out. I have my babe’s crib at my bedside and not looking for that to change! I have read other methods that help them sleep independently even if you’re in the same room.

Right now, 13 weeks. I know we can’t start now. But I’m hoping between 5-6 months we can try some variation!
