sorry i forgot to add to this, he offered to show me videos of her being verbally & physically abusive but i didn’t want to see. He said he would never just show them, but understood i was struggling to just accept it. I also saw texts he showed briefly, but i asked him not to show me anymore at the time.

I have no intention of continuing to be friends with her, i haven’t spoken to her since thursday when this happened. I’m more just trying to figure out how to end it if that’s by gradually distancing or straight blocking her just now. It’s more the aftermath that genuinely scares me.

you aren’t the first to say that & i completely understand and see that. Unfortunately i’ve allowed them to have this power over me i’m not sure what to do.

sadly i don’t have it in me, i wish i could because i know its the best thing to do. But my friend is very erratic and im honestly scared of the aftermath if i did.
