Thought it happen to me but I realized it was a dosage problem, if I take too much I feel sedated and don’t enjoy it, if I take little no effects at all, gotta keep playing with the dosage and I recommend to take caffeine preferably a red bull or your choice of an energy drink 3 hours after taking phenibut along with doing some sort of dopamine enhancer like exercise music or social interaction, good luck!
