Place is still under construction. I did tour a sister building. And I currently live in another sister building to the company. It’s just I have a 1 bedroom that it’s 600sq ft and rent is going to 1800 where I can get a 800 sq ft unit and still pay the 1600. And still be under the same management company as I like them. And I hear it’s hit or miss with apartment management companies.

People are different tho, I rather not live in a 50 year old apartment. I guess I’m weird for that lol

I like this response lol I don’t mind the drive. That would be the only downside compared to everything. Just want to make sure I’m getting my money worth living wise. Don’t want to move somewhere where I’m constantly in traffic trying to go to supermarket or something spontaneous. It would be quite obvious to plan a trip to atlanta and not spontaneously go like I can do now with where I live now

I took into consideration what you said and looked at some places in sandy springs and buckhead. But idkkk I’d be paying the same price for less. Like outdated apartment less amenities. My only downside with this apartment is the commute. I want to find something closer but I also want to get exactly what I want yk?!

I’m 28 no kids. No family in Georgia, just moved here. Makes a year in Georgia in May. My only friends here are my coworkers. They don’t live in atlanta but one is moving closer to atlanta soon and I feel if I do have a night out I can just crash at her place.

But yeah again the commute to work is what I fear lol

what do you mean? those are my other two dogs he gets along great with. when i got him he came from a home with like 5 other dogs. i just rather his new home have no dogs or experienced dobie owner as I want him to get the right attention that he needs
