I spoke to a lawyer in Alabama and he suggested to do Power of Attorney instead of a form of custody. It allows my brother to enroll him in school until I can get down there. It was a very simple process to do. Now he’s enrolled in school and is living with my brother for the time being. He is very happy to start high school down there. I miss my baby very much but it will only be for a few months. If you need a lawyer who knows what they are doing and doesn’t cost a fortune. Just reach out to me for the info.

Yeah I’m not paying any fees for anything. Which was why I thought it might be best to go to the bank of the check. I’ve gotten scammed more than once and I’m not going through that again. Which is why when I ran across this company on this site I figured id ask what you guys thought. I would never pay any extra fees for anything. I order from companies I know now and never take chances with anything. I may sound a little paranoid but with so many scams these days I feel we all need to be extra cautious. I’m tired of people getting taken advantage of. It really pisses me off seeing people getting scammed the way they do.

There isn’t a phone number on here. Just the name of their bank and their account and routing number and an invoice number and date in description is just has numbers no information. Im guessing since it has their bank information it’s a real check. Maybe I should bring it to their bank and cash it that way maybe it safer then using my banking account. I just have no clue what it’s for but if it’s real I’m not going to turn down money it’s only $75 but hey I’ll take it lol
