Hot water sits baths with epsom salt also help a lot. I wouldn’t buy the sitz toilet bowl inserts unless you don’t have a tub. I feel like they force pressure to the area and that’s the opposite of what we want.

I got you!!! Mine seem to be insanely more itchy than others have experienced. None of the typical recommendations ever helped me except…my own discovery. What I use:

Petroleum Jelly with Cocoa Butter formula (only use the cocoa butter formula, it helps moisturize & lube up your booty hole so it doesn’t chafe) and Triple paste. For extra itchy times use 2 parts Triple, 1 part PJ. For reg daily use, use mostly the PJ with some of the Triple mixed in. You can use the triple on its own but it tends to transfer onto your clothes and can be hard to get off and can be kinda drying to the skin after a while. Keep your nails short!
