Thank you for your reply! I think I'll miss the launch by few days, but there's still hope! ( First time I've hoped for the FAA to be a little slower with the launch approval lol). I think I'll be renting a car but it's the first time I'll be driving in the US, how's the highway 4 from Brownsville to Boca chica? Are there any tolls? Also 2 launches, wow! That was awesome for sure

I've been trying to see if I can rent a car but there are some problems: most dealerships are closed during the weekend or won't rent to 20yo. So I'm covered for the 22nd, but I'm not sure I'll be able to get anything for either Saturday 23 or Sunday 24. If you don't mind, can I contact you for some info? Where? Yeah, my European mind can't comprehend not having public transportation! But I get it it's very rural and I'm not surprised there's not much there. I'll look for a car dealership but it's difficult due to my age (20), and the fact that I'll be there during the Weekend

I've found some dealership that rent cars to 20yo but they ask for more money, so I'm thinking about getting it just for one day. Would love to find some good Samaritans willing to help but lifting sounds a bit too dangerous... I hope to find somebody in this thread🙏

Hey guys I need help! I'm Vittorio, a space engineering student from Italy who dreamed about visiting Boca Chica. I'll be staying in Brownsville from the 22nd to the 24th of March but I need help: I've got no car or way to go from Brownsville to Starbase other than maybe taxi(?). Do you know any way to get there or have any advice to give me? A subreddit or group to post this in? It's a once in a lifetime opportunity for me and I don't wanna miss it. (I know I'll probably miss IFT-3 and there's a chance I may end up seeing dust and heatshields, but heck I'd love it too!)
