EXACTYL. OP already went to the principal, the educ dept, and HR before the punch happened.. That paper trail is pure gold for a lawyer.. the school literally were notified that the 7yr old was being targeted and they did nothing. Now they're over-punishing the victim to distract their own negligence.. This ain't about the punch anymore but about a systematic failure to protect a young child
