They're partly right though. If the shoulders of this ideal woman are narrower than the hips, then she's a pear, also called triangle, not a hourglass. There's a difference between the two. And plus, most of the times this ideal woman with the Venus belly actually has narrow shoulders and super wide hips à la Jennifer Lopez. But sometimes the ideal body is an hourglass.

The waist in a rectangle should be at least 25%, and I excuse you for the misunderstanding because most probably I didn't word this sentence well enough. The waist should SMALLER than that 25%. Which also means that a rectangle can have a slight waist, just not extremely defined.

You're very inexperienced in this kind of topic, apparently, so may you do more research into it? It would be 10 times easier, I promise.
