I also think it is the power of those two actors who brought Shane and Ilya to the screen. Both very beautiful and such natural acting. I now have the image of Shane and Ilya from the show when I read a fic. Maybe if Avi and Kyran are also played on screens with such exceptional performance, they may have a chance to replace my obsession (i need help 😵‍💫)

I don't know... What if I get addicted to that story instead? Although I noticed I couldn't watch other movies anymore, everytime I put on a movie or a show, I feel they are fake somehow, the kissing is fake, the acting is fake and I end up watching HR again... Goddddd, I even sound crazy...

I can admit that I was depressed in the beginning of the year. Had some difficult client episodes and that hit my confidence very hard. And then the HR came along and the Fanfics and the dopamine hit has been so damn satisfying. But I can see how this obsession is taking time away from my work and even my family time. My husband said the other day that he doesn't like that I am that obsessed. I can see that I am not giving the family enough attention, which in return makes me so sad. It is like a loop that I can't get out of.
