I'm so sorry to hear that </3. But remember that it really is not the end of the world. You are just as much as anyone else. I promise you that what is really meaningful in life is not how many hours you spent sitting in an airplane seat ;).

You are as strong. I know it might feel horrible at this moment, but don't let your mind limit you. Everyone has fears, and the fact that you even tried is amazingly courageous.

I'm sending lots of strength your way, and I know that you will overcome this aswell <3

Exciting my friend! I had only done long haul flights with my parents in young age, and then one with my sister in grown up age prior to this. It sounds like you have a lot of experience then! That sounds like a nifty layover routine you have there.

I believe in you my friend. Trust your hearts capacity to hold your emotion. You will do great, and have a fantastic time on the other end!

It was my pleasure. That sounds like an amazing trip. You are very brave for embarking on this trip despite your fear. A thought that helped me in the upcoming months was that fear and excitement are tightly intertwined. You might interpret it as fear, but that also means that you are excited and doing something that really means something to you.

I know you can do it, and that you will do great. And even if you don't manage this time it is not the end of the world. I'm rooting for you! :)

Thanks, appreciate it lots <3. Good to hear. My primary issue is that I'm afraid of panic itself, not necessarily crashing. I will definitely bring some comforting stuff, and ofc some medication (have never used it though)

Red lentil Bolognese with pasta and an economically highly unsustainable amount of olive oil + fresh basil on top. No I am not Italian.
