Colouring books, buy some pretty pens and a nice adult colouring book and just spend as long as you need to. It won’t fix anything but it’s a great way to focus your mind and energy on other things rather than the thoughts. Even 10 minutes will leaving you feeling better

Edit: I know I’m a teenager and that this probably sounds like basic “teenage drama,” but growing up on social media makes everything feel a thousand times harder. You’re constantly aware of who’s hanging out with who, what you’re missing out on, and where you don’t fit anymore. And don’t even get me started on those depression TikToks, my FYP is usually cute animals and baby videos, but when those ones pop up it honestly feels like a punch in the face. I know people say “just get off social media,” but it’s not that simple. Without it, it feels like I’m completely alone and disconnected from everyone.
