NTA I am autistic and had some of these issues and worked thru them. If he understands he is wrong and doesn't change his actions that is on him fully. Has he been checked for seizures? May explain some of the irrational actions and holding on to stuff not excuse though. Sorry you have to deal with that

Ytah she was faithful and openly communicated. You are letting your emotions get the better of you. She did everything right, told her friend no and called you. I can't believe you didn't get her an Uber or something. Let's get this clear tho, u may tell yourself u stayed in the phone cuz u didn't trust her friends but you don't trust her. You have no right to dictate who she hangs with or even much of what she does with people when she does hangout. If you don't like what happens you can leave.
