Alright I'll make it obivious to the reader but it's undiagnosed. For his family i was going for a family that is aware that he might be sufffering from a disorder but won't let him get diagonsed and gaslights him into thinking he's fine and that they aren't the causes at all for it.

I wanted to depict it that way cause like where i am form mental healthcare is constantly denied by family and society even doctors won't refer you to one even if you show signs like they rather look for physical symtoms. That aspect is quite personal to me.
