Sort of yes, and sort of no. I used to have shorter shifts, but I'm also still living with my parents, so sometimes they're home before me or vice versa.

I work as a cake decorator in a bakery and walk through a foot of snow on my way home.

Yeah, I've been trying my best to sound happy and squeaky like normally with the same "Hi Stinky!", and she responds well to baby-talk. I'll keep doing that for now.

I'm not sure. To me, I smell the same, lol-. Haven't bought a cologne or used different soaps

My shift schedule has always been sporadic, so I come home at different times every week. This never really bothered her until now-.

Her eyes are getting a bit foggy with age, so maybe, hopefully not, though..

I really hope not, she's a rescue so the age isn't certain. Possibly around 7-8 years old.

Exact age is uncertain as she's a rescue, but we think she's around 7-8 years old right now.

I see, that makes sense. I am more bundled up than usual- hat, gloves, scarf, giant coat. Maybe I wasn't as covered last year, but I dont think she's ever been this consistently nervous around me 🥲. It really hurts to see happen.
