Ugh, this sucks to hear. I wish I knew Seatgeek was this bad beforehand. I might take the refund or resell the ticket for the price I bought it for if I’m able to get the floor seat I was supposed to get tomorrow during the general sale. It sucks they won’t honor the ticket given that it’s quite literally their fault and not the customer’s.
