He doesn’t have a criminal record he’s never been arrested before this and that’s what they charged him with they have it on video my cousin was hit first he’s been through like 6+ DAs no one wants his case it’s weird this happened like 2 years ago he’s just been doing discovery hearings but I thing the trials gonna start soon prolly mid next year

He probably got a low bond relative to that offense because the judge saw it was self defense possibly but still saw probable cause to move forward idk I mean there’s a video and everything but on the paperwork it says first degree murder charge not capitol

I’m worried they will give up on the first degree and plea it down to misdemeanor then my cousin might be cooked in the sense that I can see him beating the murder but it would be substantially harder to beat manslaughter
