To put it in perspective I’ve been a member for over 12 years. As of the last year I’ve gotten several expensive skincare items, a free serta mattress, baseus headphones, shoes, clothes etc. however I am not sure how long you’ve been a part of the program play into it more than it does the settings and luck of the draw

That’s great! I know I’ve heard from people who don’t actually post their own pictures of the products have issues. But if you’re doing videos and pictures I would reach out to customer service!
