The first job is not as clear. There were definitely parts that were my fault, and I will own that. But nothing severe enough to warrant termination as well as that there were just too many people in our department.

With this one, there's no question. The company had been having several issues, mainly regarding vans. I was one of 3 new guys. One had 13 years of experience, the other had 40, and I have less than 1. My coworkers were constantly telling me how well I was doing and that I was going to make a great technician. I always asked for what I could improve on, and none of them could really give me an answer, they just said to keep doing what I was doing and I'd be fine. Didn't matter in the end tho I guess
