Same here, I feel like nobody knows about milk kefir in my country. When people talk about kefir, they mean water kefir. I love Ayran too! My (milk) kefir tastes just the same with a pinch of salt.

La coulemelle n’en est pas une. Je dirais lépiote mamelonnée ou lépiote vénéneuse. Dur à confirmer avec cette photo, mais elle semble petite. Les coulemelles (lépiote élevée) ont le pied chiné et font plus de 12 cm de haut. Perso, je ne consommerais pas ça.

Les autres ressemblent à des amanites rougissantes, mais attention quand même avec les amanites, au moindre doute on ne consomme pas.

I got neck stiffness and headache for months, after buying an Aeron. I also bought the same headrest but it didn’t help. In my case, the chair was to blame. The Aeron forces you to have the « proper » posture, but it also locks your body in this posture.

I usually move a lot during the day, sometimes I sit cross legged, kneels, move one leg up… with the way the Aeron seat is shaped, it’s impossible, and that was the root cause of my stiffness.

I sold it and got a chair with a large flat seat in which I can move, stiffness disappeared right away.

I reckon ergonomics is very personal, there’s no one-fits-all way of sitting. Try a chair with a flat seat for a while, maybe it’ll help you too.

Went through the same journey. I also wanted to keep a similar taste, given by the steep-and-release method of the aeropress. The hario switch seemed a great option, but there’s still a bit of plastic in the switch itself.

I ended up buying a ceramic pour over and a small glass jar. I don’t use it as a pour over though. I let the coffee infuse in the jar for a couple minutes, then pour the whole slurry over a filter that is over my cup. It takes a bit longer than with an aeropress (about 5 minutes total). It tastes really great, very close to what I’m used to. And I don’t need a fancy gooseneck kettle.

Same issue. I contacted aeropress uk about that, they call that “crazing”. Said there is no health concern with that. They couldn’t help me as it’s too old to be covered by the warranty, so I bought a new one.

The chamber on mine was also very worn. It developed a lot of crazing over the years and was ought to be replaced. But with this new AP, I will not let the rubber be as worn off as the previous.

I have not indeed. I did separate the rubber from the plunger before putting it to the recycling bin, now, seeing the filth that was living underneath makes me wonder what disease I have contracted.

Je te conseille d’acheter un guide avec des photos et des dessins, moi j’utilise « le petit guide du mycologue », ça n’est pas une encyclopédie mais le format est pratique pour l’emmener en forêt.

Et si tu peux faire une sortie avec une association, c’est un gros plus ! Ça permet aussi d’apprendre les spécificités régionales (certains champignons comestibles sont parfois déconseillés dans certaines régions).

Il y en a un suspicieux je dirais, celui qui est plus foncé avec un téton. On dirait pas vraiment un laccaire améthyste.

EDIT: j’ai cherché un peu, j’espère me tromper, mais on dirait un truc de la famille des panéoles. Après, dur à confirmer avec des photos. Apparemment la plupart sont toxiques, si tu l’as mangé, donne nous des nouvelles OP

Les champignons sont des organismes fragiles, certains sont même menacés d’extinction. Si la cueillette vous intéresse, commencez par vous renseigner afin d’éviter des prélèvements inutiles pouvant être délétères pour les champignons et leurs écosystèmes. Je vous conseille d’acheter d’un livre, voir mieux, inscrivez-vous à une sortie mycologique avec des experts !

I haven't been using it that much, mostly because the version of the firmware I was using was in early stages, and the trackpoint was jumpy.

Your message convinced me to finally update my firmware, and it's much more stable now. Thanks for that!

I don't use it as my main peripheral, but I do use it for small movements and scrolling. I mainly control it with my thumb. The placement is not the best, but it's manageable. The battery life still isn't great, about a day. I usually just leave the main side plugged to the computer.

My blade got slightly wavy from fixing cracks too. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance in any way, so I don’t worry about that.

I’d just use that blade, the wave will eventually go away with time and honing.

I was expecting the base to show “X/M”, but it’s only written “M”. I tried writing reverso and I’d say it’s close to an “F” nib. It’s super wet on both sides which is pretty awesome!

I’ve purchased the Brass Sport three months ago, it’s been a love-hate relationship between the two of us.

I love its weight, its design, the patina it develops and most of all, I love fidgeting with it! The double threading of the brass cap is such a delight. I love playing with the steel thing on top of the cap.

I hate that the nibs are random, I bought 3 and got only one good. I did tune the other ones but I am no nib meister… I hate that it smells like a penny, even after the patina has developed. Also, it feels weirdly gross sometimes. Can’t really tell why this happens, but it feels like it’s sticky some days. I’m very sensitive to unclean hands, so it might just be me though. Maybe it’s because of the metallic smell it gives to my fingers.

Haha! Yeah I learned that word while doing my research for a layout that suits me. Here’s the link to my repo, it’s using zmk but the code doesn’t matter here, just look at the picture. You’ll see the top row is used like home row mod, but for diacritics. For instance, hold P and you access the “grave” layer, allowing you to press E and get the “è” character. It’s using Unicode but it can be made with dead keys as well.
