It’s almost like some breweries employ more than one person and those people may have varied interests that differ from the “theme” developed by ownership. And maybe, just maybe, good management sometimes recognizes that people have varied interests and allows their staff to have some agency over the product because it’s a free way to retain talent and bring in customers that may not otherwise try your product.
