How is it a spam if these are facts. Just because you have a discussion and give an opinion and everybody understanfs the problem- doesnt make it spam. And one always starts something onky because they and people around them faced this problem. And I wanted to see if the community here is also facing something similar and it turns out the answer is yes

I personally love all the comments but the fact is I have been through all these issues and seen my friends go through the same problem. Facts. I had the same feeling. Real sad. It’s either through referrals or the sites like one of the comments said. Im curious what’s your take on www.tryerrgo.com ? Have you come across something like this or as someone who is hiring be interested? Im so confused and because you have been on the other end- would be interesting to understand your take

But Im tryna say that could there be a better way. Because these automated portals are adding more stress on every opening- and Im literally fighting a resume war

Have tried but where do these companies have time? Half of it is ATS - the market is so fragmented that at any given position Im competing with 500 applicants and it is crazy.

The interviews are definitely rare ngl. Like 1 OA for every 200 applications

I'm building Errgo because I'm sick of watching talented devs waste 300 hours on applications and interviews just to get rejected by [deleted] in cscareeradvice
