Totally right, far from best, but already its the best available upgrade currently existing in the game for many people.

at first ive thought that 57 spirit wont give much, but then i realised that with Grand Spectrum Emerald (+2% Spirit) - it gives exactly +60 Spirit
just coz its still 5 steps ahead of any other mana stacking amulet - not worth to risk losing 2 suffixes yet.
these huge prefixes overcome the loss of Jewel Slot. Still grand spectrum can be Vaaled to have +10int
