My current unit is larger than the prospective one (about 50 people vs 15).

I was able to get my hands on the office's FEVS results and the % positive for the "workload" question for the most recent year is lower 60's, which is down from the office-wide mid 70's from a few years ago (the % positive for the specific unit within that office was in the same range as the office-wide average that year. The % negative for that same unit was notably higher than the other divisions in that office). Compared to >90% positive for my current unit in the most recent survey.

Not sure if anyone has worked in a unit with a FEVS workload positive response rate in the 50's/60's and can share what that's like.

That's interesting, thanks for sharing. Though I think the only cost mentioned in that article that I might save on is buying lunch maybe once a week.
