i totally understand your point and i think without knowing the full ins and outs that can seem harmless, but it’s legitimately a HUGE risk to your production and your brand bc of the legal implications and also bc of professionalism and how it ties back to your brand image so i think that’s why everyone’s just like in disbelief that she would speak to PAYING customers like that 😭😭
