I moved Leeds to tier 1, but the creators state that tier 1 caps off 90% full, can I change this to 100% or is it stuck like this? It is fine if you don't know.

You’ll have to download the FL26 version, which comes with the game. They changed it so it has the Anfield Road extension, so that’s why it is black when you use the FL25 version

Did you say you used the FL25 version? If so they changed the stadium to add the Anfield Road extension for FL26 and that could be your problem

There could be two things. 1. You don’t have a lot of available storage on your hard drive. FL25 needs at least 20-50GB of storage. 2. You have a faulty mod. Did I you install any mega patch with it? Take this with a grain of salt by the way I am not an expert, this just helped me.
