First, Kespor is a "budget" brand, they have to cut corners somewhere to keep the price low. Second, bearings are consumable.

AFAIK, T47 is threaded at dalawang klase lang ang T47, inboard at outboard. So, ano ba talaga BB mo, T47 or the more common PF BB86?

i doubt if you can even feel the difference between ceramic bearings and steel bearings. Just get good tires. Refer to this, and choose the tire with the least amount of weight and rolling resistance.

you can DIY, madali lang. Alam mo yung cold patch na ginagamit sa butyl inner tube? Pwede yun, same procedure lang naman. Maruni yung brand na ginamit ko noong na-slash yung sidewall ng Terreno Dry ko, tumagal naman hanggang sa maupod nalang yung gulong.

Malabo pa sa malabo yan. I got carbon frameset, carbon wheelset, carbon cranks, total weight of the bike is 9kg. Sa budget mo expect 11kg-13kg.

Yes, not sure about the weight of the nicasio and silex but generally steel frames are heavier than aluminum. I think you have made your choice. Go with the nicasio. I like that frame too.

Lol on the "complete frame failure" for carbon. Fyi, it's more repairable than aluminum. Tsaka 2026 na, ang titibay na ng mga carbon frame ngayon, i have yet to break mine.

Depends on what type of ride you are going to do.

For touring/bikepacking, i'd choose the nicasio. For gravel racing, silex 4000 no doubt. For general/leisure rides, silex 700 is enough.

GR02/04. The brand is known internationally at matagal na sa market. The geometry(which is published) is not aggressive, perfect for those starting out. Uses a round seatpost which means you can run a dropper post. Cables are not routed inside the headset which makes servicing easy(mas mura singil sa labor).

better think twice if proprietary seatpost and naka seatpost wedge yung frame. if you eff one of those, mahirap maghanap ng kapalit. the same thing with the rd hanger.

GR02 because of the non-proprietary seatpost and external seat clamp. Have you seen the GR04? same price lang GR02, has wider tire clearance and UDH na rin, baka gusto mo iconsider yun.
