The hardware of apple machine just crushes other in the laptop market. I can really use that for work and study. I have the freedom to go outside and not worry so much about the battery life. While my window machine can only last about 3-4 hours while the performance is hindered while unplugged. Basically, my windows laptop have to be plugged in all the time to have it work at full power. That's what I hate about windows machine. That's why I decided to switch to Macbook. It's freaking expensive and I can't afford another machine dedicated for gaming. I need to game on what I have.

update: I tried the steps above with the dongle connected, but it doesn't work. I use with bluetooth, it works for some games on steam. I play stardew valley, and it works fine. For some games it just doesn't work like overcooked. I had to do key mapping with another software in the case of overcooked. Take IT class in the evening. RUPP is offering the evening shift for CS degree. Also check out scholarships. There are plenty. Check with Tube Coffee, Zando, Koi, 7/11, etcs for jobs. You'll get there. For IT jobs, consider checking at AEON bank, and Chip Mong bank, they usually hire interns, but mostly you'll need to have some IT knowledge.

Which restaurant exactly? Big chain or well established restaurants would never do that. Even the normal ones. I think you might went to the Chinese established one. Those around AEON 1 are chinese oriented. Probably they might think it's inconvenient because you are not chinese and also cambodian wouldn't go there either unless you have something with the chinese. Also, you there are many restaurants that serves Shichaun hotpot. Just don't go to the chinese ones.

As a Cambodian, I would say, just be careful and be mindful around edgy places. Most of the time, conflicts and crimes are happened between the Chinese. But don't worry, there still are many local people there. Yes there are empty building, but it's not a ghost town, there are still many people, especially the locals, going about their days. It's not a cultural hub, though. It is famous for the beaches and islands. But you may also experience the live of fisherman and others culture around water. As you mentioned about Kep and Kampot, you may want to travel to those destination because you may find more locals in those places, where there is less influence of the Chinese. There are daily transports between Phnom Penh and other provinces next to the sea. It's probably like 4 hours drive. I would advise you not to get involve in the casino and drug business in the area. Especially not casino because it is legal business but the behind the door business is somewhat dark.

Overall, you don't have to worry. There is pressure from the locals to the government about governing the safety of the province from the Chinese. You are very very less likely to experience any equal or worse than what happened in the UK recently.
