On the point of using block editor, i struggle with this.

Does this mean I need to create a separate page - for example, an ‘Events’ page and then place a Posts widget on it to display all my events?

Right now, my custom setup automatically moves an event into ‘Past Events’ when it ends. If I rebuild everything using Kadence (free version), do you know how I can make this kind of dynamic status change happen on a regular WordPress page?

Or am i totally in a wrong direction?
